Returns and order cancellations

1. As these are second-hand products, our store does not provide any warranty on the products.

2. We cannot accept returns due to customer's convenience, under any circumstances. We are very careful in describing the condition of the product, so please be sure to check the condition before placing your order. Returns will be accepted within one week of receiving the product only if the product is damaged during delivery or if the product you received is different from the one you ordered, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

3. If the product you receive is damaged and you think it may have been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.

4. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for new, unopened products after they have been opened.

5. If you cancel your order for personal reasons
If you wish to cancel your order after paying with Shopify Payments (credit card, Shop/Google/Apple Pay) or PayPal, we will refund the amount minus the approximately 5% transaction fee that we incur.
