Returns and Order Cancellations

1. As these are used items, our store offers no warranty whatsoever on the products.

2. Returns due to customer convenience will not be accepted under any circumstances or for any reason. We meticulously document the condition of our items, so please thoroughly check the condition before placing your order. Returns will only be accepted within one week of product arrival if damage occurred during shipping or if a different product from the order was received. In such cases, we will bear the return shipping costs.

3. If the product arrives damaged and you believe it was damaged during transit, please contact our store immediately and do not alter the product's condition.

4. For new, unopened products, returns or exchanges will not be accepted once the product has been opened.

5. If you cancel an order due to your convenience
If you wish to cancel an order paid via Shopify Payments (credit card, Shop/Google/Apple Pay) or PayPal for reasons of customer convenience, we will refund the amount minus the approximately 5% payment processing fee borne by our store.
